We wanted something to snack on when we didn't feel like making ewedu from scratch. So we made a simple butter cookie flavoured with lemon and lime rind, nutmeg and vanilla, with a pinch of sea salt.

We don’t add preservatives. Each pack is sealed airtight, so the cookies keep for up to 14 days from the date of production.

ps. The label says 10 cookies per jar, but we made the boys a little bit chunkier. Each jar comes with 8 chunky cookies.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep the container tightly closed and eat within 5 days.
